This was articulated during the 4th China-Africa Peace and Security Forum held in Beijing, which gathered military representatives and diplomats from the African Union and 41 African countries to address shared challenges and cooperation opportunities.
Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun emphasized the longstanding defense ties between China and African countries, noting that these relationships are grounded in mutual support and shared security interests.
